booking policies
cancellations within 48 hours will result in a
50% fee of the services booked

no call no shows will result in a
100% fee of the services booked

if you are late to the extent that I am not allotted enough time to perform your services booked, this will count as a no call no show and will result in a
100% fee of the services booked

appointment changes are not permitted same day,
changing an appointment the day of will result in a
100% fee of the ORIGINAL services booked

example #1- the original service booked is a facial costing $305, you want to change to a facial costing $75 the day of your appointment. you may either keep your original appointment or pay $305 for the cost of the original service

example #2- the original services booked are a brow sculpt costing $22 and a brazilian wax costing $65 - total of $87 - you want to change to only a brow sculpt the day of your appointment. you may either keep your original appointments or receive only the brow sculpt and pay $87 for both of the original services
